Bowers & Wilkins has just announced the Pi6 and Pi8 true wireless earbuds, with prices starting at $249 and $399 respectively. The Pi6 is available for pre-order and will ship on September 13, while the Pi8 can be purchased immediately. Both models feature Bluetooth 5.4, support 24-bit/96kHz aptX transmission, and have 12mm drivers. The flagship Pi8 also supports aptX Lossless audio playback. Both earbuds are IP-54 rated, with Bowers & Wilkins claiming superior noise cancellation compared to previous models. The Pi8 has a battery life of 6.5 hours, with an additional 13.5 hours from the charging case, while the Pi6 lasts 8 hours and offers 16 more hours of use with the case. Both models come with an app for customization, with a five-band EQ for the Pi8 and simple treble-and-bass adjustment for the Pi6. The Pi6 will be available in Cloud Grey, Storm Grey, Forest Green, and Glacier Blue upon launch, while the Pi8 comes in Anthracite Black, Dove White, Jade Green, and Midnight Blue.
