WHAT: GRID Alternatives, a national leader in making clean, affordable solar power and clean energy jobs accessible for all, is hosting the RE+ Las Vegas Job Fair to connect diverse, motivated candidates with a mix of local and national clean energy companies. Potential employers will be in attendance to meet with potential candidates to fill needed positions. This free and open-to-the-public fair is part of our broader mission to make clean energy careers more inclusive and accessible and to help companies build strong, equitable workforces.
WHO: GRID is partnering with RE+, WRISE (Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy), SEIA (Solar Energy Industries Association), and SEPA (Smart Electric Power Alliance). HSBC is the main event sponsor.

WHEN: September 10th, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
WHY: The RE+ Clean Energy Job Fair in Las Vegas is designed to bring together a wide range of talented job seekers and some of the nation’s leading clean energy companies under one roof. The primary goal is to expand access to careers in the renewable energy sector for individuals from diverse backgrounds, supporting broader objectives of equitable workforce development and a just transition within this rapidly growing industry. By creating an intentional space for meaningful engagement between employers and job seekers, the event also helps clean energy companies build stronger teams and increase their overall capacity to meet the industry’s ever-expanding demands.
