Oura’s next-gen ring is a significant upgrade, featuring a sleeker design, longer battery life, and smarter sensors to provide deeper insights for wearers. The Ring 4 boasts 18 signal pathways, increased from eight in the previous generation, along with a new Smart Sensing algorithm. Automatic heart rate and activity detection for up to 40 activities are some of the new features, and the ring comes in six colors, priced starting at $349.
